Carapace - Yellowish brown to greenish grey; smooth, unserrated marginals; depressed; no keels; first vertebral scute flares anteriorly and in contact with the second marginal; seams black


Plastron - two well-developed hinges; pale yellow to brown; seams black.


Limbs and tail: Limbs light grey to pale yellow; tail is short and terminates with a spine.
