Head and neck: Head large, reddish brown; scales on head enlarged; upper labial 16 to 18;

Body: robust, greyish light green or turquoise; dorsal covered with enlarged oblong convex scales surrounded by smaller scales; ventral scale row 29-33, keeled.

Limbs and tail: same color as body; muscular; digits slender; tail with pointed scales.
