Head and neck: uniform black; nostril slit-like.


Body: black; robust; 70 cm SVL. Dorsal - black with tiny yellow markings; Ventral - dark grey to blackish grey; scales keeled.

Limbs and tail: Tail length 1.36 to 1.61 of SVL; digits terminate in a robust, recurved claws.
