Head and neck: dark brown to brownish black; pair of horns short, triangular at base with pronounced grooves at base, close together, sharply pointed at tip, pointed backwards; ears moderate.

Body: approximately the size of half-grown carabao; body covered with hair; 120 cm at shoulder height


Limbs and tail: tail up to knee.
