Head and neck: Head moderate; greenish brown with dark spots or reticulated pattern; slight protruding snout; upper jaw with two tooth-like cusps.

Body
Carapace- yellowsih brown to black; 1st vertebral flared anteriorly; 5th vertebral flared posteriorly; 1st and 5th broader than long; 2nd to 4th as broad as long;


Plastron- pale yellow or yellowish brown; well-developed; with or without black blotches; seams broad; intergular present; anal scutes deeply notched.


Limbs and tail: yellowish brown to dark grey; forelegs with enlarged transverse scales.
