Head and neck: head with short snout, black with yellow spots; neck grey with numerous spots.
Body
Carapace - black with yellow, orange, or whitish spots, elongated, domed, with three interrupted keels; vertebral scute - first to fourth nearly as broad as long, fifth broader than long; pleural scutes with wedge-shaped spots.

Plastron: yellow with dark radiating lines; anal scutes deeply notched.

Limbs and tail: Limbs dark brown or black with yellow spots; all digits are webbed; tail is short.
