Head and neck: grey to reddish brown; head triangular; light brown stripe with dark borders behind eye; snout slightly upturned; labials light brown with minute black dots; pupil vertical.

Body: grey to reddish brown; narrow longitudinal dark stripe on back; dark brown triangular blotches; ventral pale yellow or cream with spots; midbody scale rows 21; ventrals 138 to 157; anal plate single; subcaudals 34 to 54.
