Head and neck: yellow, orange, red or brown; head large, elongated, distinct from neck; brown spot near the snout and in front of eye; broad brown temporal stripe; iris light grey; pupil vertical.

Body: very mascular, relatively short python; longtitudinal blotch with light-colored round or oblong spots; sides with dark brown spots; tail dark brown.
