Head and neck: Head elongated, distinct from neck; top of head golden brown; black stripe from nostril to the body; labials and throat yellowish green; 9 upper labials; 10 lower labials; 1 preocular; 2 postoculars.


Body: dorsal - golden brown; ventral - yellowish green; vertebral scales enlarged, hexagonal; body scales in contact with ventral scales are black edged, forming zigzag pattern; dorsal midbody scale row 15; ventrals 161 to 191; subcaudals 136 to 167, divided; 88 cm SVL
