Head and neck: greenish grey; head is elongated; nostril slit-like, located halfway between eye and snout; throat with 3 to 4 longitudinal black stripes, 3 to 7 scale wide. Body:
Dorsal - greenish grey with five brownish black to black transverse bands; 193 scales row at midbody; 49?73cm SVL. Ventral - adbominal scales keeled. Limbs and tail: greenish grey; limbs mascular with irregularly mottled yellowish green and grey; tail with 12 dark bands.
