Head and neck: enlarged supraocular scales 4-8; gular area with relatively large spots and blotches


Body: Dorsal - black with transverse crossbands of white of light yellow ocelli; sides of body with small light yellow spots and blotches; 39 cm SVL; midbody scale row 127-145; Ventral - creamy white to pale yellow with transverse dark bands,not connected in the middle.

Limbs and tail: Limbs same color as body but with smaller yellow ocelli without dark centers.
