Head and neck: Forehead; front of face, throat, and nape dark greyish brown; crown yellowish orange; bare skin on lower bill orange; neck with yellow orange collar; eye orange; bill orange.

Body: Above dark greyish brown; lower back with pale yellow patch; median and greater wing coverts brownish orange; breast with orange band; abdomen greyish orange.

Limbs and tail: Legs and feet black; thigh greyish orange; tail purplish grey.
